Delete your account in the app
- Open S3raty.
- Tap the round gear in the top corner of any screen (Profile and settings).
- Tap Delete account and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more.
Your account and its data are deleted straight away.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store (your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
No longer have the app?
Email support@s3raty.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We check that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.
Using S3raty without an account?
Your plan, meals and progress are stored only on your phone, so deleting the app deletes them. We keep no name or email for you, only a random ID with your usage counts and any Feed likes, saves and follows. To delete those too, create an account in the app (Profile and settings → Create account), then delete it as above.
What is deleted
- Your account: email, username and sign-in.
- Your plan, profile details, meals, weigh-ins, water log and cloud backup.
- Your Feed handle, posts and their photos, profile photo, likes, saves, follows, blocks and the reports you made.
- Your usage records.
What is kept, and for how long
- Reports about your account and our moderation decisions: 12 months, to handle appeals and stop repeat abuse. Then they are deleted.
- Meals that other people added to their own log from your posts stay in their log.
- Deleted data can stay in our service providers’ routine backups for a short time before it is overwritten.
- Google Play and Apple keep their own records of your purchases, under their own policies.
Delete some of your data and keep your account
- A meal: tap the × next to it on Home, then Remove.
- Your last weigh-in: Analytics → Remove last weigh-in.
- A Feed post: its ••• menu → Delete post. Its photo is deleted too.
- Your Feed profile photo: Profile and settings → Profile photo → Remove photo.
- Anything else: email support@s3raty.com and tell us what to delete. We do it within 30 days.

حذف حسابك في S3raty
هذه الصفحة خاصة بتطبيق S3raty: AI Calorie Counter (سعراتي) على Google Play وApp Store.
احذف حسابك من التطبيق
- افتح S3raty.
- اضغط على الترس الدائري في أعلى أي شاشة (الملف الشخصي والإعدادات).
- اضغط حذف الحساب ثم أكّد. إذا كنت قد سجّلت الدخول عبر Apple، فستطلب منك Apple التأكيد مرة أخرى.
يُحذف حسابك وبياناته فوراً.
حذف حسابك لا يلغي اشتراكك. ألغِه من متجر Google Play (صورة ملفك ← الدفعات والاشتراكات ← الاشتراكات) أو من iPhone (الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات).
لم يعد التطبيق لديك؟
راسلنا على support@s3raty.com من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، واكتب في الموضوع “Delete my account” (احذف حسابي). نتحقق من أن الحساب لك، ونحذفه خلال 30 يوماً.
تستخدم S3raty بدون حساب؟
تُحفظ خطتك ووجباتك وتقدّمك على هاتفك فقط، لذلك يؤدي حذف التطبيق إلى حذفها. لا نحتفظ باسمك ولا ببريدك الإلكتروني، بل برقم تعريف عشوائي مع عدد مرات استخدامك وأي إعجابات أو حفظ أو متابعات في المجتمع. لحذف هذه أيضاً، أنشئ حساباً في التطبيق (الملف الشخصي والإعدادات ← إنشاء حساب)، ثم احذفه كما هو موضح أعلاه.
ما الذي يُحذف
- حسابك: البريد الإلكتروني واسم المستخدم وبيانات تسجيل الدخول.
- خطتك وبيانات ملفك الشخصي ووجباتك وأوزانك وسجل شرب الماء والنسخة الاحتياطية السحابية.
- اسمك في المجتمع ومنشوراتك وصورها وصورة ملفك وإعجاباتك وما حفظته ومتابعاتك وحظرك والبلاغات التي قدّمتها.
- سجلات استخدامك.
ما الذي نحتفظ به، ولأي مدة
- البلاغات المقدّمة عن حسابك وقرارات الإشراف: 12 شهراً، للنظر في الاعتراضات ومنع تكرار الإساءة، ثم تُحذف.
- الوجبات التي أضافها أشخاص آخرون إلى سجلّهم من منشوراتك تبقى في سجلّهم.
- قد تبقى البيانات المحذوفة لفترة قصيرة في النسخ الاحتياطية المعتادة لدى مزوّدي خدماتنا قبل أن يُكتب فوقها.
- تحتفظ Google Play وApple بسجلات مشترياتك وفق سياساتهما الخاصة.
احذف جزءاً من بياناتك واحتفظ بحسابك
- وجبة: اضغط × بجانبها في الرئيسية، ثم حذف.
- آخر وزن سجّلته: التحليلات ← حذف آخر وزن.
- منشور في المجتمع: قائمة ••• الخاصة به ← حذف المنشور. تُحذف صورته أيضاً.
- صورة ملفك في المجتمع: الملف الشخصي والإعدادات ← صورة الملف ← إزالة الصورة.
- أي شيء آخر: راسلنا على support@s3raty.com وأخبرنا بما تريد حذفه. نحذفه خلال 30 يوماً.
