What S3raty does

S3raty is an AI-powered nutrition and fitness app. You photograph meals, scan barcodes or nutrition labels, receive a personalized nutrition plan and daily workouts, and track calories, weight, water, and streaks.

Information we collect

Account data: username, email address, and password (stored securely and hashed by our authentication provider), or your Apple / Google sign-in identity if you choose social login.

Health & fitness inputs you provide: gender, age, height, weight, activity level, goals, and the meals, water, and workouts you log.

Photos: meal photos, nutrition-label photos, barcode photos, and optional physique photos, taken with your camera or chosen from your photo library. Photos are sent to our server solely to analyze the food, label, barcode, or physique and return nutrition or workout guidance. Photos are processed for the analysis and are not used to train AI models. Physique photos are optional, analyzed only when you choose to add one, and are not stored on our servers.

Purchase data: your subscription status (trial, active, expired) and product identifier, managed by our subscription provider. We never see or store your card details — billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google.

How AI processing works

When you scan a meal, label, or physique photo, or request a plan, your input is sent through our own server to OpenAI’s API for analysis. The result (calories, macros, score, or plan) is returned to your app and saved to your account so you can see your history. Our API keys and processing run on our server — never inside the app itself.

Third-party services we use

OpenAI — AI analysis of your photos, meal descriptions, and plan inputs.

Supabase — authentication and database hosting for your account and logged data.

RevenueCat — subscription status management and purchase attribution.

Apple App Store / Google Play — sign-in (if you choose it) and all subscription billing.

Railway — hosting for our AI proxy server.

Open Food Facts — public database used to look up scanned barcodes. Only the barcode number is sent.

Creator codes

If you enter a creator code on the subscription screen, we store that code with your account and subscription record so we can credit the creator who referred you. It has no effect on your price or trial.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t show ads. We don’t use your photos or health data to train AI models. We don’t collect your precise location.

Your choices, editing, and deletion

You can edit your profile and plan anytime, sign out, or permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Profile → Delete account). You can also email support@s3raty.com and we will delete it within 30 days. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled separately in your subscription settings.

Security & retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our providers under industry-standard protections. We keep your data while your account exists; when you delete your account, your data is removed as described above.

Children

S3raty is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app.
