1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use and Community Guidelines (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and S3raty (“S3raty”, “we”, “us”). S3raty is run by Hussein Qabazard. The Terms apply to the S3raty app, including the Feed, and to s3raty.com.

By creating an account, tapping “I agree”, or using S3raty, you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use S3raty.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. Who can use S3raty

You must be at least 13 years old.
If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.
You can’t use S3raty if we have closed your account before for breaking these Terms, or if the law does not allow you to.

3. Your account

You can use S3raty as a guest. You need a registered account to post in the Feed.
Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Your Feed handle is public. Don’t choose a handle that pretends to be another person or S3raty, or one that is offensive. We may change or take back a handle that breaks these Terms.
Don’t create new accounts to get around a suspension or ban.
If you think someone else is using your account, tell us at support@s3raty.com.

4. Subscriptions

S3raty subscriptions are bought through Apple’s App Store on iPhone, or through Google Play on Android. Buying, billing, free trials, automatic renewal, cancelling and refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own terms: on iPhone, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple’s Standard EULA”) and Apple’s terms; on Android, the Google Play Terms of Service.
The price and the length of any free trial are shown on the purchase screen before you pay.
To cancel on iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app, or deleting your S3raty account, does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us.
If you use S3raty on iPhone, Apple’s Standard EULA also covers your licence to use the app. Where it conflicts with these Terms on those matters, Apple’s Standard EULA wins. These Terms are between you and S3raty, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for S3raty or its content.

5. Nutrition numbers are estimates, not medical advice

Calories, protein, carbs, fat, the S3ra Score, your plan and coach tips are estimates made by AI and by standard formulas. They can be wrong. Check portions and food labels when accuracy matters.
S3raty is a general wellness app. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any illness.
Talk to a doctor or a qualified dietitian before changing how you eat if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, an eating disorder or another medical condition, or take medication.
If you are struggling with food, weight or how you feel about your body, please talk to a doctor or someone you trust.
The numbers on other people’s Feed posts are estimates too. Check them before you add a meal to your own log.

6. How we use AI

Meal photos you scan, and the photos, captions and profile photos you share in the Feed, are sent through our server to OpenAI for analysis and safety checks. The app asks for your agreement before your first post. Our Privacy Policy explains this in detail.

7. Your posts in the Feed

What you can post

A meal you scanned, with its photo and the meal details, or a photo of your meals, drinks and everyday moments with a short title.
A caption of up to 200 characters, and, if you like, a profile photo.
People and faces are allowed, as long as everyone who can be recognised in the photo agreed to you sharing it. Nudity is never allowed.

What others see. Your posts, your handle, your profile photo, and how many people liked each post and added its meal to their log are visible to everyone who uses S3raty. When someone likes your post, adds its meal to their log or follows you, you see their handle in your notifications, and they see yours in theirs when you do the same. Only you see how many people viewed your own posts. To show nearby posts first, S3raty uses the country your phone’s time zone points to, never your exact location. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

You keep ownership. The photos and captions you post stay yours. By posting, you give S3raty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, resize, process and show your post inside the S3raty app, so we can run the Feed. This includes showing your post to other users, highlighting it in the Feed, and letting other users add its meal details to their own log. The licence ends when you delete the post or your account, except for the limited records described in section 12.

You choose what is shown. You can hide the calorie and macro numbers on a post. Other users then see the meal name without the numbers.

Featuring on our social media. We share a post on S3raty’s social media accounts, such as Instagram @s3raty.ai, only if you turned on the featuring option for that post when you posted it. Turning it on gives us permission to share that post’s photo, caption and meal details on those accounts. We never share numbers you chose to hide. We will credit your S3raty handle, never your name or email. If you delete the post, or ask us at support@s3raty.com, we will remove it from our social media accounts within 7 days. We cannot control copies that other people made on those platforms before then.

Your promise. When you post, you confirm that you took the photo yourself or otherwise have the right to share it, that everyone who can be recognised in it agreed, and that the post follows these Terms.

8. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

S3raty has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post, write or do any of the following anywhere in S3raty, including in photos, captions, handles and reports:

Nudity or sexual content, including AI-generated, edited or fake intimate images.
Harassment, bullying or hate: insults, threats, mockery, sharing someone’s private information, or attacking anyone for their religion, ethnicity, nationality, sex, disability or any other part of who they are.
Violence: violent or graphic images, threats, or praise of violence.
Self-harm, eating-disorder or body-shaming content: encouraging self-harm or suicide, promoting starving, purging or extreme dieting, or putting down anyone’s body, weight or shape.
Spam, ads and contact details: advertising, selling or promotions, links, phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles.
Content that isn’t yours: other people’s photos, screenshots, stock images, anything that copies someone else’s work, or pretending to be someone else.
Content that puts children at risk: photos of a child unless you are their parent or guardian, and anything that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child. If you post your own child, they must be fully dressed, and never share their name, school or where they live. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
Illegal content: anything that breaks the law, including content that promotes illegal drugs.
Alcohol, tobacco and vaping: the Feed is for food and drink suitable for everyone aged 13 and over.
Getting around our rules: hiding text in images, re-posting content we removed, or using other accounts to avoid a ban.

What happens if you break these rules. We remove the content and suspend or permanently ban the account, usually without warning. Serious cases, such as sexual content, anything involving minors, or threats, lead to an immediate permanent ban. We decide whether content breaks these rules.

9. Automatic AI check before a post appears

Before a post appears in the Feed, it is checked automatically. Your photo and caption are sent to OpenAI, which looks for content that breaks these rules, such as nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, self-harm or ads. When you post a meal you scanned, the safety check that ran during the scan counts as part of this check. Profile photos are checked the same way. If the check fails, the post or photo is not published.

Automatic checks can make mistakes in both directions. That is why we also rely on reports and our own review, and we can remove a post at any time after it appears. To prevent spam, we may limit how many posts you can share in a day.

10. Reporting and blocking

Report. Tap Report on any post or profile and choose a reason: inappropriate or unsafe, spam or ads, bullying or harassment, or something else. You can also email support@s3raty.com. A post you report disappears from your Feed straight away. We never tell the other person who reported them. When several people report the same post, it is hidden from everyone until we review it.

Block. Tap Block on any post or profile. You and that person stop seeing each other’s posts and profiles, and any follow between you is removed. We don’t notify them. You can unblock someone from your list of blocked accounts.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first (112 in Kuwait).

11. Our 24-hour commitment

We review every report within 24 hours. If the content breaks these Terms, we remove it and suspend or permanently ban the user who posted it. We may also act on content we find ourselves, without a report.

12. Deleting posts and your account

Delete a post at any time. It is removed from the Feed, its photo is deleted from our storage, and its likes, saves, views and the notifications about it are deleted too. Meals other people already added to their own log stay in their log.
Delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account. This deletes all your posts and their photos, your profile photo, your handle, your likes, saves, follows, blocks and notifications, together with the rest of your account data as our Privacy Policy describes.
We keep a limited record of reports and of our moderation decisions, including posts we removed for breaking these Terms, for 12 months. We use it to handle appeals, stop repeat abuse and meet legal duties, and then delete it.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. See section 4.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using S3raty and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend you, ban you from the Feed or close your account if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect our users or S3raty. A Feed ban hides all your posts and stops you posting.
For serious or repeated breaches, we may close your whole account. Any subscription refund is handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Sections 7 (for records we keep), 12, 14, 15 and 17 continue to apply after your account ends.
If you think we made a mistake, email support@s3raty.com and we will look at it again.

14. Disclaimers

S3raty is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it accurate, safe and running, but we do not promise that it will always be accurate, available or free of errors.
Feed posts are made by users. They show the poster’s views, not ours. We check and moderate the Feed, but we cannot review everything before it appears.

15. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows:

we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of data, profit or goodwill, or for decisions you make based on estimates in the app; and
our total liability to you for any claim about S3raty is limited to the amount you paid for S3raty in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top, and for important changes we tell you in the app. If we change the Community Guidelines, we may ask you to agree again before you post. If you keep using S3raty after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and language

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes go to the competent courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts.

These Terms are published in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.

شروط الاستخدام وإرشادات المجتمع في سعراتي

1. عن هذه الشروط

شروط الاستخدام وإرشادات المجتمع هذه («الشروط») اتفاق بينك وبين سعراتي («سعراتي» أو «نحن»). يدير سعراتي حسين قبازرد. تسري هذه الشروط على تطبيق سعراتي، بما فيه قسم «المجتمع»، وعلى موقع s3raty.com.

بإنشائك حسابًا، أو ضغطك على «أوافق»، أو استخدامك سعراتي، فإنك تقبل هذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها، فيُرجى عدم استخدام سعراتي.

توضّح سياسة الخصوصية البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها.

2. من يمكنه استخدام سعراتي

يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 13 سنة.
إذا كنت دون سن الرشد القانوني في بلدك، فيجب أن يوافق أحد والديك أو وليّ أمرك على هذه الشروط نيابةً عنك.
لا يمكنك استخدام سعراتي إذا سبق أن أغلقنا حسابك لمخالفته هذه الشروط، أو إذا كان القانون لا يسمح لك بذلك.

3. حسابك

يمكنك استخدام سعراتي كضيف، لكنك تحتاج إلى حساب مسجَّل للنشر في «المجتمع».
قدّم معلومات صحيحة واحتفظ ببيانات تسجيل الدخول لنفسك. أنت مسؤول عمّا يحدث في حسابك.
معرّفك في «المجتمع» ظاهر للجميع. لا تختر معرّفًا يوحي بأنك شخص آخر أو أنك سعراتي، ولا معرّفًا مسيئًا. يحق لنا تغيير أي معرّف يخالف هذه الشروط أو سحبه.
لا تُنشئ حسابات جديدة للتحايل على إيقاف أو حظر.
إذا ظننت أن شخصًا آخر يستخدم حسابك، فراسلنا على support@s3raty.com.

4. الاشتراكات

تُشترى اشتراكات سعراتي عبر متجر App Store من Apple على iPhone، أو عبر Google Play على Android. ويتولى المتجر الذي اشتريت منه الشراء والفوترة والفترة التجريبية المجانية والتجديد التلقائي والإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ وفق شروطه: على iPhone، اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple («اتفاقية Apple القياسية») وشروط Apple؛ وعلى Android، بنود خدمة Google Play.
يظهر السعر ومدة أي فترة تجريبية مجانية في شاشة الشراء قبل أن تدفع.
للإلغاء على iPhone، افتح الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات. وعلى Android، افتح Google Play ← صورة ملفك الشخصي ← الدفعات والاشتراكات ← الاشتراكات. حذف التطبيق أو حذف حسابك في سعراتي لا يُلغي الاشتراك.
تتولى Apple أو Google استرداد المبالغ، لا نحن.
إذا كنت تستخدم سعراتي على iPhone، فإن اتفاقية Apple القياسية تنظّم أيضًا ترخيصك باستخدام التطبيق. وإذا تعارضت مع هذه الشروط في تلك المسائل، فإن اتفاقية Apple القياسية هي التي تُطبَّق. هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين سعراتي وليست مع Apple أو Google، ولا تتحمل Apple أو Google مسؤولية سعراتي أو محتواه.

5. الأرقام الغذائية تقديرات وليست نصيحة طبية

السعرات الحرارية والبروتين والكربوهيدرات والدهون ومؤشر S3ra وخطتك ونصائح المدرب كلها تقديرات يُعدّها الذكاء الاصطناعي ومعادلات معتمدة، وقد تكون غير دقيقة. تحقّق من الكميات وملصقات الأطعمة عندما تهمّك الدقة.
سعراتي تطبيق للعافية العامة، وليس جهازًا طبيًا، ولا يشخّص أي مرض ولا يعالجه ولا يقي منه.
استشر طبيبًا أو أخصائي تغذية مؤهلًا قبل تغيير نظامك الغذائي إذا كنتِ حاملًا أو مرضعًا، أو كنت مصابًا بالسكري أو باضطراب في الأكل أو بأي حالة صحية أخرى، أو كنت تتناول أدوية.
إذا كنت تمر بصعوبة مع الطعام أو الوزن أو نظرتك إلى جسمك، فتحدّث إلى طبيب أو إلى شخص تثق به.
الأرقام في منشورات الآخرين في «المجتمع» تقديرات أيضًا. تحقّق منها قبل إضافة الوجبة إلى سجلّك.

6. كيف نستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي

صور الوجبات التي تحللها، والصور والتعليقات وصور الملف الشخصي التي تشاركها في «المجتمع»، تُرسَل عبر خادمنا إلى OpenAI للتحليل وفحوص الأمان. يطلب التطبيق موافقتك قبل أول منشور لك. وتشرح سياسة الخصوصية ذلك بالتفصيل.

7. منشوراتك في «المجتمع»

ما يمكنك نشره

وجبة حلّلتها، مع صورتها وتفاصيلها، أو صورة لوجباتك ومشروباتك ولحظاتك اليومية مع عنوان قصير.
تعليق حتى 200 حرف، وصورة للملف الشخصي إن أردت.
صور الأشخاص والوجوه مسموحة، بشرط أن يوافق كل من يمكن التعرّف عليه في الصورة على مشاركتها. أما العُري فممنوع دائمًا.

ما يراه الآخرون. منشوراتك ومعرّفك وصورة ملفك الشخصي، وعدد من أعجبهم كل منشور ومن أضافوا وجبته إلى سجلّهم، ظاهرة لكل من يستخدم سعراتي. وعندما يُعجب أحد بمنشورك أو يضيف وجبته إلى سجلّه أو يتابعك، ترى معرّفه في إشعاراتك، ويرى معرّفك في إشعاراته عندما تفعل ذلك. ولا يرى عدد من شاهدوا منشوراتك أحد غيرك. ولعرض المنشورات القريبة منك أولًا، يستخدم سعراتي البلد الذي تدل عليه المنطقة الزمنية لهاتفك، ولا يستخدم موقعك الدقيق أبدًا. وتشرح سياسة الخصوصية التفاصيل.

الملكية تبقى لك. الصور والتعليقات التي تنشرها تبقى ملكك. وبالنشر تمنح سعراتي ترخيصًا عالميًا غير حصري ودون مقابل لتخزين منشورك ونسخه وتصغير حجمه ومعالجته وعرضه داخل تطبيق سعراتي، حتى نتمكن من تشغيل «المجتمع». ويشمل ذلك عرض منشورك على المستخدمين الآخرين، وإبرازه في «المجتمع»، والسماح للمستخدمين الآخرين بإضافة تفاصيل الوجبة إلى سجلّهم. ينتهي هذا الترخيص عند حذفك المنشور أو حسابك، باستثناء السجلات المحدودة المذكورة في البند 12.

أنت تختار ما يظهر. يمكنك إخفاء أرقام السعرات والمغذيات في أي منشور، فيرى الآخرون اسم الوجبة دون الأرقام.

الإبراز على حساباتنا في مواقع التواصل. لا ننشر منشورك على حسابات سعراتي في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مثل حسابنا على Instagram ‏@s3raty.ai، إلا إذا فعّلت خيار الإبراز لذلك المنشور عند نشره. وتفعيله يعني موافقتك على أن ننشر صورة ذلك المنشور وتعليقه وتفاصيل وجبته على تلك الحسابات. لا ننشر أبدًا الأرقام التي اخترت إخفاءها. سنذكر معرّفك في سعراتي، ولن نذكر اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أبدًا. إذا حذفت المنشور، أو طلبت ذلك على support@s3raty.com، فسنزيله من حساباتنا خلال 7 أيام. ولا نستطيع التحكم في النسخ التي أخذها آخرون على تلك المنصات قبل ذلك.

تعهّدك. عندما تنشر، فإنك تؤكد أنك التقطت الصورة بنفسك أو أن لك الحق في مشاركتها بطريقة أخرى، وأن كل من يمكن التعرّف عليه فيها قد وافق، وأن المنشور يلتزم بهذه الشروط.

8. لا تسامح مطلقًا مع المحتوى المسيء والمستخدمين المسيئين

سعراتي لا يتسامح مطلقًا مع المحتوى المسيء أو المستخدمين المسيئين. يُمنع عليك نشر أو كتابة أو فعل أيٍّ مما يلي في أي جزء من سعراتي، بما في ذلك الصور والتعليقات والمعرّفات والبلاغات:

العُري أو المحتوى الجنسي، بما في ذلك الصور الحميمة المولَّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي أو المعدَّلة أو المزيّفة.
التحرش أو التنمّر أو الكراهية: الإهانات أو التهديدات أو السخرية، أو نشر معلومات خاصة عن أي شخص، أو مهاجمة أي شخص بسبب دينه أو أصله أو جنسيته أو جنسه أو إعاقته أو أي جانب آخر من هويته.
العنف: الصور العنيفة أو الدموية، أو التهديد، أو تمجيد العنف.
محتوى إيذاء النفس أو اضطرابات الأكل أو التنمّر على الأجسام: التشجيع على إيذاء النفس أو الانتحار، أو الترويج للتجويع أو التقيؤ المتعمّد أو الحميات القاسية، أو الانتقاص من جسم أي شخص أو وزنه أو شكله.
الرسائل المزعجة والإعلانات وبيانات التواصل: الإعلان أو البيع أو الترويج، أو الروابط، أو أرقام الهواتف، أو عناوين البريد الإلكتروني، أو معرّفات حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي.
محتوى ليس لك: صور الآخرين، أو لقطات الشاشة، أو الصور الجاهزة من الإنترنت، أو أي نسخ لعمل غيرك، أو انتحال شخصية أحد.
المحتوى الذي يعرّض الأطفال للخطر: صور طفل ما لم تكن والده أو وليّ أمره، وأي محتوى يُضفي طابعًا جنسيًا على طفل أو يستغله أو يعرّضه للخطر. وإذا نشرت صورة طفلك، فيجب أن يكون بكامل ملابسه، ولا تذكر أبدًا اسمه أو مدرسته أو مكان سكنه. ونُبلغ الجهات المختصة عن أي مواد تتضمن استغلالًا جنسيًا للأطفال.
المحتوى غير القانوني: أي شيء يخالف القانون، بما في ذلك الترويج للمخدرات.
الكحول والتبغ والسجائر الإلكترونية: «المجتمع» مخصص لطعام وشراب يناسب الجميع من عمر 13 سنة فأكثر.
التحايل على القواعد: إخفاء نصوص داخل الصور، أو إعادة نشر محتوى حذفناه، أو استخدام حسابات أخرى للتهرب من الحظر.

ماذا يحدث عند مخالفة هذه القواعد. نحذف المحتوى ونوقف الحساب أو نحظره نهائيًا، وغالبًا دون إنذار مسبق. أما المخالفات الجسيمة، مثل المحتوى الجنسي أو أي محتوى يتعلق بالقُصّر أو التهديد، فتؤدي إلى حظر نهائي فوري. ونحن من يقرر ما إذا كان المحتوى مخالفًا لهذه القواعد.

9. فحص تلقائي بالذكاء الاصطناعي قبل ظهور المنشور

قبل أن يظهر أي منشور في «المجتمع»، يُفحص تلقائيًا: تُرسَل صورتك وتعليقك إلى OpenAI، فيبحث عن أي محتوى يخالف هذه القواعد، مثل العُري أو المحتوى الجنسي أو العنف أو الكراهية أو إيذاء النفس أو الإعلانات. وعندما تنشر وجبة حلّلتها، يُحتسب فحص الأمان الذي جرى أثناء التحليل جزءًا من هذا الفحص. وتُفحص صور الملف الشخصي بالطريقة نفسها. إذا لم يجتز المنشور أو الصورة الفحص، فلن يُنشر.

قد يخطئ الفحص التلقائي في الاتجاهين، ولذلك نعتمد أيضًا على البلاغات وعلى مراجعتنا، ويمكننا حذف أي منشور في أي وقت بعد ظهوره. ولمنع الرسائل المزعجة، قد نحدّد عدد المنشورات المسموح بها يوميًا.

10. الإبلاغ والحظر

الإبلاغ. اضغط إبلاغ على أي منشور أو ملف شخصي واختر السبب: غير لائق أو غير آمن، أو رسائل مزعجة أو إعلانات، أو تنمّر أو تحرش، أو سبب آخر. ويمكنك أيضًا مراسلتنا على support@s3raty.com. ويختفي المنشور الذي تُبلغ عنه من «المجتمع» لديك فورًا. ولا نُخبر الشخص الآخر أبدًا بمن أبلغ عنه. وإذا أبلغ عدة أشخاص عن المنشور نفسه، فإنه يُخفى عن الجميع حتى نراجعه.

الحظر. اضغط حظر على أي منشور أو ملف شخصي. لن ترى منشورات ذلك الشخص أو ملفه الشخصي ولن يرى منشوراتك أو ملفك، وتُلغى المتابعة بينكما إن وُجدت. لا نُرسل إليه أي إشعار. ويمكنك إلغاء الحظر من قائمة الحسابات المحظورة.

إذا كان أحد في خطر داهم، فاتصل أولًا بخدمات الطوارئ المحلية (112 في الكويت).

11. التزامنا خلال 24 ساعة

نراجع كل بلاغ خلال 24 ساعة. إذا كان المحتوى يخالف هذه الشروط، نحذفه ونوقف المستخدم الذي نشره أو نحظره نهائيًا. وقد نتخذ إجراءً أيضًا بشأن محتوى نكتشفه بأنفسنا دون بلاغ.

12. حذف المنشورات وحذف الحساب

احذف أي منشور في أي وقت. يُزال من «المجتمع»، وتُحذف صورته من مساحة التخزين لدينا، وتُحذف معه الإعجابات والحفظ والمشاهدات والإشعارات المرتبطة به. أما الوجبات التي أضافها آخرون إلى سجلّهم فتبقى في سجلّهم.
احذف حسابك من التطبيق: الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب. يحذف ذلك جميع منشوراتك وصورها، وصورة ملفك الشخصي، ومعرّفك، وإعجاباتك ومحفوظاتك ومتابعاتك وقائمة حظرك وإشعاراتك، مع باقي بيانات حسابك كما توضّح سياسة الخصوصية.
نحتفظ بسجل محدود للبلاغات ولقرارات الإشراف، بما في ذلك المنشورات التي حذفناها لمخالفتها هذه الشروط، لمدة 12 شهراً. نستخدمه للنظر في الاعتراضات، ومنع تكرار الإساءة، والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية، ثم نحذفه.

13. الإيقاف وإنهاء الحساب

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام سعراتي وحذف حسابك في أي وقت.
قد نوقفك، أو نحظرك من «المجتمع»، أو نغلق حسابك، إذا خالفت هذه الشروط، أو إذا تطلّب القانون ذلك، أو لحماية مستخدمينا أو سعراتي. الحظر من «المجتمع» يُخفي جميع منشوراتك ويمنعك من النشر.
في المخالفات الجسيمة أو المتكررة، قد نغلق حسابك بالكامل. وتتولى Apple أو Google أي استرداد لمبالغ الاشتراك وفق سياساتهما.
يستمر سريان البند 7 (فيما يخص السجلات التي نحتفظ بها) والبنود 12 و14 و15 و17 بعد انتهاء حسابك.

14. إخلاء المسؤولية

نقدّم سعراتي «كما هو» و«حسب توفّره». نبذل جهدنا ليبقى دقيقًا وآمنًا ويعمل باستمرار، لكننا لا نضمن أن يكون دائمًا دقيقًا أو متاحًا أو خاليًا من الأخطاء.
منشورات «المجتمع» من إنشاء المستخدمين، وتعبّر عن آراء أصحابها لا عن آرائنا. نحن نفحص «المجتمع» ونشرف عليه، لكننا لا نستطيع مراجعة كل شيء قبل ظهوره.

15. حدود المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون:

لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، مثل فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح أو السمعة، ولا عن القرارات التي تتخذها بناءً على التقديرات في التطبيق؛
ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك عن أي مطالبة تتعلق بسعراتي المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل سعراتي خلال الأشهر الـ 12 السابقة للمطالبة.

لا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من مسؤولية لا يجيز القانون تحديدها، مثل المسؤولية عن الغش أو الخطأ الجسيم، ولا ينتقص من حقوقك كمستهلك وفق القانون الذي يسري عليك.

16. التغييرات على هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. وعندما نفعل ذلك، نغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» في أعلى الصفحة، ونُخبرك داخل التطبيق بالتغييرات المهمة. وإذا غيّرنا إرشادات المجتمع، فقد نطلب موافقتك مجددًا قبل أن تنشر. واستمرارك في استخدام سعراتي بعد سريان التغيير يعني قبولك الشروط المحدَّثة.

17. القانون الواجب التطبيق واللغة

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت. وتختص المحاكم المختصة هناك بأي نزاع، ما لم يمنحك قانون بلدك الحق في رفع الدعوى أمام محاكم بلدك.

نُشرت هذه الشروط باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية. وإذا اختلفت النسختان، تُعتمد النسخة الإنجليزية.
